Crossfire N, runner-up last week to Rainbow Blue in a $50,000 Invitational at Dover Downs, scored a 1:53 victory in the $27,000 Mares Open Handicap Pace on Tuesday, April 19 at the Delaware track.

The 2004 Horse of the Meet at Dover, Crossfire N is owned by Wendy Crissman and 49 Racing Stables. Mike Cole drove the 6-year-old daughter of Son Of Afella who has earnings of just shy of $100,000 in 2005.

Also, Brad Hanners had three wins on the program, breaking the track record for victories in a meet set by Luc Ouellette six years ago. Hanner's 248th milestone win came driving Winning Connection, a horse he trains for his wife, Alicia.
