The Harness Racing Museum is pleased to announce the addition of  five stallions to the outstanding roster for the 2009 stallion breeding auction. The state of Indiana offers Always A Virgin and Keystone Blitz, both entering the breeding shed for their first season, and Holy Guacamolie and Island Fantasy have moved to the Hoosier state. Wearable Art enters the breeding shed for the first time in Pennsylvania.

Also on this year’s list are Hall of Fame inductees Camluck (2008), Cam’s Card Shark (2007), Matt’s Scooter (2006) and Jate Lobell (2004). Kenneth J, a New York Sire Stakes Champion is entering the breeding shed for his first season, and seven stallions are returning to the shed for their second breeding season.

Camluck is joined in Ontario by Million Dollar Cam, Pegasus Spur, and second year stallion Stonebridge Regal.

The Garden State of New Jersey presents Hall of Famers Cam’s Card Shark and Matt’s Scooter.

As noted, New York offers first season stallion Kenneth J, along with pacers Totally Western, Lislea, Noble Ability, Village Jove, Whelan Willie, Misfit, Dream Away, and Quality Of Life. Trotting stallions in the Empire State include second year stallions RC Royalty and Dallas Dhu, also Plesac, Diamond Goal, Imperial Angus, and A Go Go Lauxmont.

Neighboring Pennsylvania offerings include the second year stallions Nuclear Breeze and Garth Vader. Trotting stallions joining Garth Vader are Hambletonian winner American Winner, Sierra Kosmos, Malabar Millennium, and Super Vintage. On the pacing side Allamerican Native joins Nuclear Breeze and, as noted, Wearable Art.

Maine is represented by Ashlee’s Big Guy, Roadshow Hall, and Serious Hanover. The state of Delaware offers Cams Fortune, Headmaster, and Powerful Toy.

Jate Lobell, Ponder and Valley Victor are at home in Kentucky while Coventry and Cheyenne Rei hail from Michigan. The Buckeye state offers Feelin Friskie standing his second season in Ohio.

Holy Guacamolie and Island Fantasy join Red River Hanover in relocating to Indiana, along with the recent addition of Always A Virgin and Keystone Blitz entering the breeding shed for the first time. And Illinois is represented by Yankee Skyscaper in his second season.

The Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame depends on the support of generous Standardbred owners and bidders who participate in the annual breeding auction. Income raised by the auction, over $315,000 since 1999, supports the Museum’s General Operating Fund. It helps to ensure quality services, special exhibitions, traveling exhibits, promotional support and educational programming for children and adults.

For additional information on the auction, to donate breedings, or to receive a complete list of stallions and conditions for bidding, Please contact Joanne Young at (845) 294-6330, development@harnessmuseum.comor visit www.harnessmuseum.com, where updates will be posted.
