Beginning Sunday, Sept. 3, Harrington Raceway will increase purses 10 percent across the board. Delaware's half-mile racetrack is currently amidst the third week of the summer/fall meet, and the increase will go into effect with Tuesday's draw for Sunday's races. The increase will put the track's daily average purse distribution at approximately $145,000.
