Harrington Raceway will resume racing Tuesday, one day after the death of driver Hal Belote in an accident in the first race on Monday's program. Harrington publicity director Matt Sparacino said the track will have a moment of silence at 5:15 p.m., 15 minutes before the opening race on the program.
