The 5-year-old Striking Sahbra gelding set all the fractions from his rail post position for trainer Tom Morris Jr. and won by two lengths over Valley Sport and Put Them On Hold. 'Heat' has banked more than $76,000 this year. In the $22,000 Junior Open, Art Stafford's ($36. 20, Art Stafford Jr.) was a fellow long shot winner in 1:58.3 over Super Rapper and Go Nano Go.
