Heavy fog forced Woodbine Racetrack to cancel its Thursday night program after the second race of the 11-race program. Heavy fog enveloped the track around five o'clock and continued to worsen, and when it became virtually impossible to see the horses on the track as well as rendering the cameras and photo finish equipment useless, the decision was made to cancel.
