He Wants It All needs $11,000 to hit $1 mil

He Wants It All ($10.80) was the pocket-rocket for driver Bruce Ranger in winning the $16,000 Open Handicap Pace Saturday at the Isle Pompano Park and moved within $11,000 of becoming harness racing’s next million dollar earner.  

The third race feature saw Armbro Dynamic and driver Wally Hennessey shoot right to the early lead with He Wants It All and Ranger grabbing the two-hole spot. Armbro Dynamic cut fractions of :27; :54.4 and 1:22.2 before turning for home when Ranger pulled the pocket with He Wants It All and they went on to win by a half length in 1:50.3. Armbro Dynamic was second with D’Arttagnan (Joe Pavia, Jr.) third.

Trained by Tom Harmer and owned by Michael Polansky of Loudonville, NY, it was the second win in four starts this year for He Wants It All. The nine-year-old stallion by The Big Dog, a two-time winner of the Isle Of Capri Pacing Series Final at Pompano Park, is now at career earnings of $889,260. (Pompano Park)
