HHI announces winners

Harness Horsemen International president Dominic Frinzi has announced retiring U.S. Trotting Association executive vice president Fred J. Noe as its 2004 Man of the Year.



HHI is also honoring Michigan Harness Horsemen's Association general manager Larry Mallar with its Appreciation Award. Mallar is also retiring this spring after spending 15 years in the Wolverine State.



Additionally, Jim Ripoll of the Florida Standardbred Breeders Association will receive HHI's Good Guy Award and Heather Vitale of the Delaware Standardbred Owners Association and a Horseman correspondent for the Mid-Atlantic region, will receive the Clyde Hirt Memorial Media Award.
