Illinois-based driver Dale Hiteman is expected to be out of action one month after suffering a broken collarbone in a race spill at the Illinois State Fair in Springfield on Tuesday afternoon. Hiteman was driving Keystone Resident in a Review division for 2-year-old colt and gelding pacers when his sulky hooked wheels with another, dumping him to the track.
