The Pittsburgh Penguins hockey team has partnered with Isle of Capri Casinos Inc., which owns Pompano Park. Under an agreement announced Wednesday, if Isle of Capri receives the license to be awarded for a Pittsburgh slots parlor, it would build a $290 million arena for the Penguins.
