Dean Hoffman, the former editor of Hoof Beats magazine, has resigned after 30 years with the U.S. Trotting Association (USTA) and will be leaving the organization at the end of the month. Hoffman has most recently served as Director of Strategic Planning for the USTA and has written for the association's web site.
