Hot Thursday for Harness Eye's Giwner

Return Home
February 12, 2010 Send To A Friend  | Print View

Harness Eye editor Derick Giwner had a strong handicapping night at the Meadowlands on Thursday, and he is confident the good fortune will continue through the weekend. Giwner’s picks are available by clicking the Harness Eye icon located midway down the home page of harnessracing.com.

Three of Giwner’s winners on Thursday were on his “Horses To Watch” list, and overall he had a six-winner night on the 11-race card—Dragon Princess ($9.80); Terlingua ($3.80); B TS Onaman Lake ($4.40); Trisa ($13.60); Court Stenographer ($4.80); and Daylon Beward ($7.60).

Giwner also hit two exactas—fourth race ($20) and 11th race ($27.40), the late daily double ($20), and the late Pick 3 ($68.30 for a $1 wager).

The weekend races at the Big M are tough enough to handicap, and although track handicapper Dave Brower has his selections available on the Meadowlands website, the keen handicapping “eye” of Harness Eye’s Giwner gives even more help to a bettor—whether a novice or an experienced player. Any extra insight that could result in a profit at the windows—how can you turn that down? Especially when it costs nothing.

So scroll down the home page of harnessracing.com, click on Harness Eye, and read Giwner’s take on the weekend races at the Meadowlands.
