David Rovine’s I Know Magic ($5.80, Brad Hanners) made his Harrington Raceway debut a winning one Wednesday, by capturing the $16,000 Junior Open Trot in 1:56.4.
The Josh Green trainee worked his way into contention second-over behind good cover from Fivedollarsforsox who wore down front stepping Stunt Man Hall. In the stretch run "Magic" seized the front end and earned his second win of the season. Fivedollarsforsox held second while Meadowcroft Man finished third.
Driver Victor Kirby registered four driving wins on the program, his second night of three or more wins this week after getting a hat trick on Sunday. (Harrington)
