Two Illinois-sired pacing mares--Nanny Withafanny and Street Dancer--finished heads apart in the first leg of the Capea & Cutter Series Friday night at the Meadowlands. Nanny Withafanny, a 6-year-old mare by Incredible Finale, won by a head in 1:51.1. Street Danver, the runner-up, is owned by group which includes former Illinois governor Jim Edgar.
