April 22, 2008 Send To A Friend  | Print View

Carter Racing Stable and Bobby Myers' Immortal Quest N ($3.40, Eddie Davis Jr.) continued his remarkable 2008 campaign with a 1:54.2 win in the featured $24,000 Delaware Special at Harrington Raceway Monday.

The Myers trainee has now banked nearly $125,000 this year. The 9-year-old Sands A Flyin gelding left hard from post six and set all the fractions in his two-length win over a fast closing Heavenly Flight and Redford Hall.

Tony Morgan won three races on the card to come within four of 12,000 lifetime. He would become just the fourth driver in North American history to reach the milestone, joining Herve Filion, Cat Manzi and Dave Palone in the history books. (Harrington)
