ISOBA office temporarily closed; new contact number

The ongoing infrastructure work on the Illinois State Fairgrounds has caused the ISOBA office, located on the backstretch to temporarily close because of lack of power.
 
The office is expected to be fully functioning on April 25, but if anyone has questions about stakes payments they can contact John Cisna at 217.546.5258. If he's unable to immediately answer phone calls, he will return those missed.
