Janet Klark, 54, the wife of Christian Harness Horsemen's Association director John Klark, died Thursday in New Hampshire from injuries she sustained in an auto accident while returning home from the Meadowlands last November, after attending the Breeders Crown races.
Janet accompanied her husband to racetracks and horse sales across North America to represent CHHA and her faith. She had been in a coma since the accident.
Born in New York, NY, Janet married John in 1998. In addition to helping him with CHHA, she also worked as an administrator at Revival Connections in Hartford, Vt.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons, Ben, Jake and Gabe Cadreact; two stepchildren, Scott Klark and Lori Maxim; and a sister, Rebecca Beattie.
