Joey The Jet JT was strongest in the stretch en route to a 1:55.4 victory in the $26,000 Open Handicap Trot at Dover Downs on Tuesday, as three drivers--Corey Callahan, Ross Wolfenden and Tony Morgan--had three wins each.

It took from moving out of seventh after the quarter to final few strides for Joey The Jet JT to get to the front but Morgan got the job done catching front-trotting Go Nano Go (Eddie Davis Jr.) nearing the wire for the Westgate Crown-NV Becky gelding's sixth win of the season after finishing second in his last two outings. Eric Ell trains the winner for Ken Wood and Bill Dittmar. The victory brings the 6 year old's seasonal earnings to $115,370. Go Nano Go held on for second while Powerful Committee (Vic Kirby) raced well finishing third.

Caspian Prince rolled down the passing lane for Wolfenden, from seventh to first in deep stretch, to out-step a bunched group of rivals to the wire in 1:54.4 to win an $11,400 Delaware male pace. Richard Ashley and Elbert Harrington own the 4-year-old Shady Character-Grecian Formula horse trained by Joe Hunterpfund. Flat Out Lucky (Roger Plante) emerged from five horses across to finish second. Race favorite Mountain Air (Callahan) was the show horse.

Earlier, Callahan steered Mark Akins' Anothrama A, trained by John Cabot, to victory in 1:54.1 to win a $17,500 male claiming allowance. Speak (Jonathan Roberts) was next with Goodnite Booker (Davis) third.

Brewer Adams and Dylan Davis had trainer doubles. (Dover Downs)
