Judy Baldwin, wife of horseman Russ Baldwin, dies

Judy A. Baldwin, 69, of Plain City, Ohio, the wife of longtime driver/trainer Russ Baldwin, died May 8 in her home.
 
Mrs. Baldwin was born August 4, 1940, in Columbus. She was a 1958 graduate of Hilliard High School and a past member of the Sulky Sweeties, where she had served as secretary and treasurer.
 
In  addition to her husband, she is survived by children Robin (Gary) Smith, Jerri (Roger) Legler, and Nikki Boysel; son-in-law, Jerry Sullivan; grandchildren, Brandon Smith (fiance Ambur), Dustin (Kristin) Minthorn, A.J. Minthorn, Bailey and Nick Legler, Anthony and Nathan Sullivan, and Davey and Dylan Boysel; great-grandchildren, Payton Cotter, Iivy Smith, and Brynn Minthorn; and brother, Ron McKean. She was preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Jane (Hart) Latham; daughter, Beverly Sullivan; grandson, Joshua Minthorn; and sisters, Janie Watson, Wanda Seymour and Lois Ann McKean.

Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 11, at Ferguson Funeral Home, 202 E. Main Street, Plain City, where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 12. Burial will be in Forest Grove Cemetery. (USTA)
