Johnny Waite and Rodney Mitchell's Kentucky Rebel ($26, Ross Wolfenden) was an upset winner Monday in the featured $19,800 Junior Open at Harrington Raceway in 1:52.4. The 7-year-old Armbro Operative gelding exploded with pace in deep stretch and earned his fourth win of the year.

Art Director finished second, while Areyouinorout was third. 'Rebel' has now banked more than $450,000 in his career.

Driver Tony Morgan continues his pursuit of 13,000 wins, an exclusive club for drivers that only includes Herve Filion, Cat Manzi, Walter Case and Dave Palone. Morgan won five races Monday to increase his career total to 12,989. (Harrington)
