Russell Swartz drove the son of Nobleland Sam to his fourth victory of the year in six starts for trainer Michael Medors, who co-owns the colt with Harry Kauffman. Other division winners in the pace were Murph’s Tiki Bar (Nobleland Sam) in 1:53.2 and Nite Train (Noble Return) in 1:54. The three divisions winners in the 3-year-old colt and gelding trot of the Sire Stakes were Northmedo Hoo-Ray (Chip Chip Hooray) in 1:58.1, Primo Spur (Pegasus Spur) in 1:58.3 and Trotting Troy (Chip Chip Hooray) in 1:58.4.
