Lady Suffolk at Freehold

Margarita Nights and Laughing Louder won the two divisions of the Lady Suffolk Trot at Freehold Raceway Friday afternoon.



Margrita Nights, a filly by Yankee Glide, scored in 1:58.4 for driver Steve Smith after enjoying a two-hole trip behind Motivational.



Laughing Louder, who won by a neck in 2:00.1, also enjoyed a two-hole trip. The pacesetter was Drinks Like A Fish, who finished second but at the halfway mark was leading by eight lengths.



Laughing Louder is trained by Trond Smedshammer, who later in the evening qualified two horses for the Cutler Memorial final, Sand Vic and HP Paque.
