Lis Mara's book full at 175 mares

Kentuckiana Farms has announced that Lis Mara's book for 2008 is full and closed at 175 mares, and it includes such notables as Lifetime Member (1:50.2, $472,721), Little Miss K (1:52.2, $530,089) and Worldly Beauty (1:49.3, $1,900,255).
 
Lis Mara is standing his first season at stud in 2008 at Kentuckiana Farms of Ontario, located at Emerald Ridge Farm of Rockwood, Ontario. Lis Mara retired as a two-time world champion with career earnings of $2,220,674 and a lifetime mark of 1:47.3. He was honored as the with the 2006 O’Brien, Dan Patch, and Nova Aged Pacer of the Year awards and the 2007 O’Brien Aged Pacer of the Year, becoming the first-ever aged pacer to win back-to-back O’Brien awards.
