Bookend longshots produced a $16,000 Pick 6 carryover heading into the Thursday night card at the Meadowlands. The Wednesday night Pick 6 began with Cammabis, who paid $44 in the fourth race, and ended with Bail Jumper, a $43 winner in the ninth. There were two other double-digit winners in the sequence: Marley, $25.20 in race eight, and Sony Hanover, $13.60 in race six. The Pick 6 is a $1 minimum wager and covers races four through nine each night. The highest Pick 6 payoff of 2007 was $131,071 on February 9.
