Mare leads in TCS points

The four $250,000 Classic finals at Dover Downs on Monday, Nov. 27 at Dover Downs feature the top eight point earners in the three preliminaries. The Pacing Classic, Trotting Classic, Distaff Classic and Oaks Classic finalists will race over the route distance of 1 1/4 miles to determine a champion for each of the four divisions.

With two wins Casimir Camotion leads the Pacing Classic point totals with 108. Boulder Creek, winner of last year's Pacing Classic final, has 70, Holborn Hanover 62, Stonebridge Regal 37, Make It Brief 16, Spirit Of A Shark 9, Maltese Artist 8, Hop Sing 5, Driven To Win 3 and Rob Roy Mattgregor 2.

Vivid Photo leads with 59 points among those in the Trotting Classic. Sir Perseverance is second with 55, Mr. Muscleman has 51 points and Sand Vic is next with 15. The others are JM Vangogh with 13, Elegant Man 12 and Self Possessed with 5.

In the Classic Distaff, Glowing Report has earned 112 points with Burning Point second with 75. Marnie Hall has 63 points, Vysoke Tatry 21, Loyal Opposition 15, Invitro 12, UpFront Dragonfly 12, Easton Alliance N 9 and L Dees Val 6.

Mystical Sunshine leads all in Classic Oaks points with 125. Solveig follows with 62, Lavec Dream 61, Ecstatic 18, Nana's Best, 17, Snazzy Millie 15, and Three Little Words and Ticket To Glide are tied with 10 points each. Spicegirl Kosmos, Peaceful Way and Abbey Craig have 4, 3 and 2 points, respectively. (Dover Downs)
