Vysoke Tatry and Lye Creek Betty each won their $16,000 division of the Night Styles Series on Wednesday night at the Meadowlands.

The top 10 money earners in the three-week series for pacing mares advance to the $57,000 final on Wednesday, March 8.

Vysoke Tatry, who has already captured the Snow Angel and White Ruffles Finals this winter, coasted to a one-length victory in the second race, the first division, extending her winning streak to three. This year she has four wins in five starts and has won 11 of 15 starts lifetime.

Driven by Andy Miller and trained by Erv Miller, the 4-year-old daughter of Dragon's Lair paced the mile in 1:52.4. She has earned nearly $100,000 for the Andray Farm, her owner and breeder.

Cool Character got up for second and it was three lengths to I'm All In in third.

In the third race, the second division, Lye Creek Betty paid $11.20 to win when she got up in the final strides to catch even-money favorite Yancee for a head victory in 1:53.4.

Lye Creek Betty, driven by Eric Ledford and trained by co-owner John Stubbs, posted her first win since Nov. 23. She now has a victory and two seconds in four starts this year.

The Indiana-bred daughter of Mark Johnathan, owned by Stubbs and William Shaw, has a career record of eight wins, eight seconds and nine thirds from 36 starts and earnings of $63,589.
