Mister Big sold for $255,000

Breeders Crown 3-Year-Old Colt Pace runner-up Mister Big sold for $255,000 to Virgil Morgan Jr., acting as agent for Joseph Muscara, on Saturday at Harrisburg. Mister Big has six wins in 26 career starts and earnings of $381,275 for owners Kentuckiana Racing Stable, Tom Crouch and Pinske Stables. He had been trained by Tim Pinske.

Carr’s Character, who also started in this year's Breeders Crown final for sophomore colt pacers, sold for $150,000 to Mark Siilva and Bell Valley Farms. Pennsylvania Sire Stakes winner Sandro Hanover, another leader in this year's sophomore male pacing class, sold for $135,000 to Joe Davino. Cleveland Classic winner True North Hanover was sold to Don Russell for $130,000 on the final day at Harrisburg.
