Racing at the Illinois State Fair in Springfield has been canceled for Monday due to rain, and Monday's card will be moved to Tuesday, with post time set for 2 pm. Rain fell intermittently on Sunday, then began falling steadily early Monday morning. It was still raining when officials made the decision to postpone Monday's card. The State Fair's one-mile oval is still clay and can take very little rain.
Review Stakes are part of the racing card on Monday and Tuesday, and State Fair finals take place Wednesday.
