Horses entered at Woodbine by trainers Anthony Montini and Jeffrey Gillis were scratched over the past weekend by orders of the Ontario Racing Commission (ORC), a Woodbine Entertainment Group (WEG) spokesperson told harnessracing.com Monday morning.
