Ray Farmer, who was leading the Windsor Raceway trainers' standings in late January when he received a positive TCO2 test that resulted in a one-year suspension and $2,500 fine, has had an additional six months added and another $2,500 fine tacked on by the Ontario Racing Commission for what it termed "failure to obey the judges directors while under suspension."
