Wendy Crissman and Ruthi Joseph's Crossfire N won her fifth race of the year in 1:55.1 in the featured $15,000 Filly and Mare Open Tuesday at Harrington Raceway.

It was one of seven wins on the card for the continent's leading driver Tony Morgan. Morgan put the 7-year-old Sonofafella mare on the front with pedestrian like fractions of :29.3, :59.2 and 1:27.2 before a 27.4 last quarter opened up three lengths on the field for the win. Play for Real was second with Seamstresforthepan third.

Crossfire N, a Chuck Crissman-trainee, has now banked more than $562,000 lifetime.

In just three nights of racing thus far at the summer/fall meet, Morgan already has 16 wins. (Harrington)
