Columbus Business First is reporting that MTR Gaming Group, the parent company of Scioto Downs, has not given up on the possibility of installing slot machines at the track, despite the Election Day passage of Issue 3 which allows for four freestanding casinos to be built in Columbus, Toledo, Cincinatti and Cleveland.
