Garrett Bell has been named general manager at Winbak Farm, Chesapeake City, Md. With six years experience working at Winbak Farm and associated with former GM Joe McLead, Bell will handle the day-in day-out operations at Winbak Farm, one of the sport's major harness breeding operations. A 1992 graduate of Springfield College, Springfield, Mass., the Mystic, Conn. born Bell spent a decade on the West Coast before joining Winbak. "With Joe McLead going back to his native Ohio, I am confident that Garrett, who has been with Winbak for the last six years, is a good choice to oversee the farm's daily operation."
