The New Jersey state Assembly on Thursday approved by a vote of 76-0 with two abstentions the agreement between the Atlantic City casinos and the state's racetracks to provide $90 million to subsidize purses and breeding programs over the next three years. The bill will now go to the state Senate, which is scheduled to vote on the proposal on Monday.
