American Racing and Entertainment has announced that Patrick Coleman is its newest addition to the racing department for Tioga Downs and Vernon Downs. Coleman has joined the racing team as the Regional Racing Marketing Manager for both properties and will oversee all racing marketing operations during the 2009 race seasons.
Coleman previously worked for the company as part of the marketing and sponsorship department of the overall property.
“I look forward to making live harness racing more fan interactive and bringing added excitement and flare to the harness racing environment,” said Coleman on his new position.
“We are pleased Pat has joined our racing team at both Tioga and
Vernon Downs kicks off its 90 day race meet on Friday, April 17, at 6:55 pm and Tioga Downs begins its race meet on Saturday, May 2 (Derby Day) with a post time of 6:50 pm. (Pending regulatory approval from the New York State Racing and Wagering Board). (Vernon Downs)
