Items, services, and table sponsors are needed for the 5th Annual Little Brown Jug Benefit held in conjunction with the Pre-Jug Party September 22nd. Proceeds go toward the retraining and placement of retired racehorses and the Delaware Co Fair.
"We need owners, breeders, trainers, drivers, racetracks, and those that benefit from racing, to help with this fundraiser," said New Vocations Executive Director Dot Morgan. "Vacation packages, equine services, entertainment tickets, jewelry, memorabilia, tack, and gift items are necessary to make this event a success. We could use a week at a resort, a golf cart, a horse trailer, a car, or a motorcycle to create excitement.”

Table Sponsors are also needed and a good option in lieu of merchandise or services. Show your support by sponsoring a table in your name, your stable, your farm, or the name of a favorite horse. Attendance is not necessary. Seating is open. Signs on the table, at the entrance to the event, and adjacent to the Bar recognize each sponsor. It's $400 to sponsor a table or $200 to co-sponsor.

"This is a difficult time for retired racehorses and the organizations that care for them." said Morgan.  "I can’t emphasize enough, how much we need everyone's help."

For more details and a donor form contact Dot Morgan at (937) 947-4020, dot@horseadoption.com or Phil Terry at (740) 363-3754, pterry@littlebrownjug.com.
