The decisive third round of the Aquarius Series is Saturday night at the Meadowlands with six pacers lining up behind the gate in the $57,000 final. Yannick Gingras and Mark MacDonald will direct arguably the two biggest threats to take home the top prize with Escape The News and Warrawee Needy, respectively, and in the new Weekend Preview find out how the two drivers are approaching the contest.

Gingras will also drive Quick Deal in the Horse & Groom final that same night at the Big M, and he says the 4 year old is the fastest trotter he's ever sat behind. Paul Kelley, who trained and co-owned Quick Deal prior to selling him last November to his current connections, also gives his thoughts on Quick Deal's potential.

In Breeding Banter, Illinois breeder Dr. Ken Walker and Blue Chip Farms' Mike Kimelman give their take on the declining foal crop numbers.
