The late Ricky Nelson sang, “I went to a garden party to reminisce with my old friends, a chance to share old memories and play our songs again,” and in this week’s Wire To Wire, Andrew Cohen writes that since it seems there is no longer a garden party for harness racing in the Garden State, reminiscing about the old days might be all that is left in a few years in New Jersey if changes aren’t made.
