In his latest edition of Wire To Wire, Andrew Cohen does a bit of "spring cleaning" as he airs out some issues currently making headlines--and some that have moved to the back burner but need to be addressed. Cohen says although he is staunch believer in due process, the wheels of justice in the sport need to spin a bit quicker so suspensions that turn into hearings, which turn into appeals, which turn into stays, which turn into more hearings, don't seemingly take forever.
