Wire To Wire columnist Andrew Cohen discusses integrity in his newest installment, noting several jurisdictions which are making strides in attempts to weed out the bad apples. As Cohen states, "To the people in these places who are trying to do right I say keep it up. To the people in these places who are cheating I say watch out."
Cohen specifically addresses the situation regarding the shuffling of trainers when a suspension is given out, and what can be done to put that scenario in check.
