Night Mystery wins at Harr

Linda Taylor and Pohl Lander Farms' Night Mystery ($6.20) set sizzling fast fractions Monday night, Sept. 25, but would not be denied in the $16,500 winners-over co-featured pacing event at Harrington Raceway with a 1:52.4 victory.

Driven by Yannick Gingras for trainer Mike Hall, the 6-year-old Artsplace gelding set fractions of :27.2, :54.4, and 1:23.3 with a parked Ross the Boss N outside much of the mile. Make a Success received a perfect pocket trip, but fell a half-length shy in the stretch as Night Mystery prevailed for his eighth win of the year.

Linda Taylor and Pohl Lander Farms co-own Night Mystery.

Pohl Lander Farms, Hall and Gingras then won the next race with Turbo Torque A in a $30,000 claiming event.

Keva Key won the first $16,500 winners-over event in 1:53.4 for co-owners Bob Cacamese, L.M. Knight and A. Friedland. Roger Plante Jr. drove the winner.
