The New Jersey State Supreme Court has denied trainer Ken Rucker's request for a stay pending appeal of the refusal of the Meadowlands Racetrack to accept his entries. The ruling, by State Supreme Court chief justice Deborah T. Poritz, was issued on June 9, and filed as of June 13, 2006.
