The New Jersey Sire Stakes program will crown its 3-year-old pacing and trotting champions at the Meadowlands on one night this year with purses totaling $700,000. That night will be Friday, June 20, when four $175,000 championship finals will be on the racing program for 3-year-old pacing colts and geldings, pacing fillies, trotting colts and geldings and trotting fillies.  In the past, these championship races were held on separate nights.

“This super night of racing at the Meadowlands will feature the top NJ-sired 3 year olds, and represent the single, largest payday for the New Jersey Sire Stakes program,” said Christopher Castens, NJSS executive director. (NJSS)
