The deadline for New York Gov. George Pataki to veto any part of the state's budget bill, which included new legislation for video lottery terminals at the state's racetracks, has come and gone without the VLT bill being changed. All of the details are not yet known, but this should pave the way for immediate construction of a VLT parlor at Yonkers Raceway.
