For the third straight year people from nursing homes in Delaware will be guests of the Delaware County Fair during Monday and Tuesday’s harness racing programs. A total of 96 nursing home residents will see all of the harness racing action from the Hospitality Pavilion on September 14 and September 15. The 96 guests will be transported to handicap parking at the Pavilion Nursing homes who will participate next week are Delaware Court, Willlowbrook, Wesley Glen, Sarah Moore Home and Arbors of Delaware.
