The Daily Racing Form has reported that a New York state court has ruled that Lou Pena be allowed to train horses again. The New Yorkl Gaming Commission could appeal the court's ruling, and individual tracks can still exercise their exclusion powers. Last year Pena was accused of 1,719 violations of New York racing rules and his license to train horses was suspended..
Pena told DRF's Derick Giwner that he is considering training Thoroughbreds.
