The New York City chapter of the United States Harness Writers Association will hold its 50th anniversary awards banquet in the Good Time Room at Yonkers Raceway on Sunday night, April 27. Among the honorees will be Tim Rooney, Carmine Abbatiello, and the late Billy Haughton and Stanley Dancer.
The banquet is open to the public. Tickets, at $100 each, are available by calling Dave Little at 212-210-1691. Advertising in the awards journal saluting any honoree is also still available by contacting Little.
