The New York State Racing and Wagering Board has approved the addition of one race day to Tioga Down’s 2006 season. Tioga Downs will add an additional day to its racing schedule for 2006 with the addition of Saturday, Aug. 26, with a post time of 6:50 p.m. (EDT).
