Ontario requires license for non-residents

The Ontario Racing Commission (ORC)  announced that,effective May 1, 2010, non-residents will be required to apply for and obtain an ORC licence in order to race in Ontario. Its press release said the move, "...will treat non-residents in the same manner as Ontario residents who apply for and pay for a license to race in Ontario."
