The Ontario Racing Commission on Wednesday issued its ruling regarding the appeal by Jeffrey Brooks and Bulletproof Enterprises against a suspension that was issued in early 2012.
In its ruling, the Commission denied the appeal of the 1o-year suspension that began on Jan. 26, 2010. The Commission also ruled that all purse monies held in escrow of horses owned by Brooks and/or Bulletproof Enterprises be forfeited. The Commission also issued a fine of $400,000.
